# Terms of Service These default Terms of Service are bundled with the identity service as a starting point. Cluster operators are expected to replace this document with one drafted with their own counsel before customer-facing launch. Override at runtime by setting `IDENTITY_TOS_OVERRIDE_PATH` to a filesystem path holding a markdown document with the same front-matter shape (`documentType`, `version`, `effectiveDate`). ## Acceptance By using this service you agree to these terms. The version you accepted is recorded against your user record at the time you signed in. When the operator publishes a new version, you will be prompted to re-accept on your next sign-in. ## Service availability The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator makes no commitment about uptime or fitness for any particular purpose unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. ## Account suspension The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that present a risk to other users or the integrity of the service. ## Changes The operator may revise these terms at any time.
